If you’ve encountered delays or maybe had a last minute, urgent request meaning you need to deliver the same day – no problem. We endeavour to collect your goods within 60 minutes. Once collected we provide you with confirmation along with an eta for delivery. We keep you updated in realtime throughout our journey.
Perhaps your need is not quite so urgent and next day will be soon enough – no problem. We will collect your goods at a time convenient to you and will subsequently deliver at your preferred time during the following. The same principles of service updates apply.
If you offer extended delivery times to your customers, for example 3 to 5 days, 7 to 10 days and so on – no problem. We can collect in bulk, the items to be delivered across multiple sites during your promised lead time. We will if you wish contact each delivery point on your behalf and book each delivery in with them. Whilst doing so we maximise on efficiency to ensure effective route planning and reduced costs to you.
